We aim to close the financial gap between professional dancers and their transitions into higher education opportunities. Professional dancers deserve more than a final bow when stepping away from the stage, they deserve support and community to help them succeed in their next steps.

Our Mentorship Partners

We have officially partnered with the LEAP Program at Saint Mary’s College of California and Second Act to ensure The Encore Fund scholarship recipients will transition smoothly from dance, to academia, to new industries. This support may include one-on-one mentorships, invitations to industry panels, networking events, and more!
